In this video you will be making Forks and Grace’s Berry Blessed Smoothie recipe. The recipe is below with the suggested amounts for each ingredient:

Berry Blessed Smoothie:

  • 2 cups strawberries, frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen or fresh
  • 1 medium banana, peeled
  • 1 cup greek yogurt (aim to buy the one that says “live and active cultures”)
  • 2 cups of water

The devotional for the week is for 1 Corinthians 10:31 – Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.
