Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie + 2 Timothy 1:7 Devotional

Hi friend and welcome back to Sunday Morning Smoothies with Sam!

Join faith-based dietitian and the owner of Forks and Grace, Sam Turner, and feel nourished both physically and spiritually.

In this video you’ll be making Forks and Grace’s Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie. This smoothie tastes delicious and has a lot of vitamins and minerals too like vitamin C, zinc, folate, magnesium, potassium, calcium, and so much more!

The recipe is below with the suggested amounts for each ingredient:

Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie:

  • 2 cup strawberries, frozen
  • 1 cup raspberries, frozen
  • 2 medium bananas, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoons honey
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 cup water

The devotional for the week is for 2 Timothy 1:7 For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.

God doesn’t want you to practice self-discipline or self-control because He wants you to feel restricted. He wants you to practice self-control so that you can experience freedom.

Freedom from temptations. Freedom from society’s standards. Freedom from the devil’s lies and influence. Freedom from worldly things. Freedom from dieting. Freedom from the control that food had on you. He wants you to have the freedom to live an abundantly blessed life that is in alignment with Him.
