Pineapple with a Punch Smoothie + Galatians 6:9 Devotional

Hi friend and welcome back to Sunday Morning Smoothies with Sam!

Join me, faith-based dietitian and the owner of Forks and Grace, Sam Turner, and feel nourished both physically and spiritually.

In this video you will be making Forks and Grace’s Pineapple with a Punch Smoothie. The recipe is below with the suggested amounts for each ingredient:

Pineapple with a Punch Smoothie:

  • 1-2 cups pineapple chunks, frozen
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut and deseeded
  • 3 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup water

The devotional for the week is for Galatians 6:9 And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.
